Usage Requirements

Bucketlist.ma and its affiliated websites may not be used for fraudulent or automated requests, as this is prohibited by law. You should examine the General Terms and Conditions of Sale on a regular basis, as they may be changed or modified at any time without prior notice to you. However, they cannot be held accountable if a service provider misrepresents their services, as long as Bucketlist.ma and BUCKETLIST check activities have validated that they are legitimate. The activities proposed are representative of what the area has to offer in terms of tourism and culture. Our insurance does not cover individual costs or purchases made while taking part in a specific event.

Amounts for which you may be held liable

Users of Bucketlist.ma should be aware that they are required to assume personal responsibility for their activities and to give accurate information. If he meets a mistake on Bucketlist, it is recommended that he utilize the contact form on the website. We will not be held liable for any failures that occur as a result of incorrect information provided by our customers.

If a service provider is unable to undertake a reserved activity due to a circumstance beyond its control, Bucketlist.ma will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the failure to conduct the activity (meteorological conditions, breakdowns, strikes…). When clients are considering whether or not to participate in a certain activity, it is critical that they are aware of their physical capabilities. Unless clearly specified differently, all content on this website is provided purely for the purpose of providing general information. As a result, there will be no reimbursements issued for any activities that are canceled or postponed.

Bucketlist is not responsible for any cancellations or alterations made to booked events for its consumers. Instead, the activity providers are responsible. This is a pretty odd incident, to say the least. In this circumstance, a total refund or similar activities are recommended as an alternative.

Availability

It is assumed that the activities listed on Bucketlist.ma and its affiliated websites will be available on the dates specified by the user. It is not possible to file a claim or request compensation if the service is not available. A reservation is deemed complete if Bucketlist sends a confirmation email to the consumer confirming the reservation.

Price

The price may be indicated either per individual or per group, depending on the nature of the activity in question.
The only way to assure that the pricing is final is to make a reservation and receive confirmation.
Customers can pay for their purchases by using the currency that is specified on the website.

Payment Methods There Are Several

Payment must be made with a credit card or PayPal at the time of booking. There are no hidden fees or additional expenditures associated with your reservation. To reserve a room, you must pay in full at the time of booking. The payment mechanism used by Bucketlist has been approved by the SSL protocol and is therefore entirely secure. Bucketlist will not be held liable in the event of a data transmission fault occurring. The payment for Bucketlist will display on your credit card statement as a payment.

Confirmation of Purchase of a Ticket

Once you’ve completed your reservation information, you’ll receive an email including a ticket for each activity you’ve booked in your itinerary. On your mobile device, you can either print or display it to the service provider to complete the transaction. The “my account” section of the website allows customers to view all of their prior purchases, orders, and gift certificates in a single, easy-to-access spot. The client can utilize it to look over the materials and print them off. Customers who make reservations must present their tickets to the service providers when they check in for their appointments. Neither Bucketlist nor the activity provider can be held liable in the event that the ticket is not presented. The consumer’s order will be confirmed once he or she has received the ticket.

Booking

Changes to the date or number of participants will be decided by the activity providers in the case of a change in either of these factors. The providers of the activities selected by Bucketlist may change the conditions, prices, and availability dates of some of their products at any time without prior notice. In the event of a significant disaster, Bucketlist or one of its associated websites may be obliged to cancel, alter, or replace an activity that had been previously reserved. Please communicate with us so that we may find a solution for the client or his travel agency. Thank you!

Cancellation

The cancellation policy for the activity can be found on the specifications page for the activity. Before making a reservation, the customer must acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions. You have the right to cancel your reservation if you complete the procedures outlined below.

You have the option to cancel without charge up until the commencement of the event.

After signing into your user account, click on the reservations button, then click on the cancellation button and confirm your request to make a change to your reservation.
